3. Over an hour and 20mins waiting even though I was the only patient in the lounge for that whole one hour and a half.
Overall, I would not return to this place once I find a new provider

I was waiting in the room for the doctor 40 minutes and when she came in the room she didn’t even know my medical history. I was seeing by her numerous times, she didn’t have computer in the room to look up my medical records and surgeries

I really like Dr. Kheyson and feel like she listens and addresses all issues/concerns at the time of appointment. I have called her during non office hours in the past and always satisfied as I feel it’s very important especially during emergent situations. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. However, the wait time is unacceptable. I waited over 1 hour to be seen by Dr. Kheyson which was extremely inconvenient.

I waited almost and hour to see the doctor. Dr. Kheyson is a good listener however I felt that some of my concerns were not taken seriously. The office is clean and the staff does a great job, everyone is nice and friendly.
