I was diagnosed quickly thinking it was something else. Was written a script which to my amazement she hit the nail on the head and gave me a blood test so they can deal with the other issue that needs to be addressed.

I didn’t feel a personal connection with this doctor. When discussing my general exhaustion she suggested since I looked I good we probably didn’t need to consider depression. The conversations felt hurried, trying to get me out the door. I wouldn’t go back.

This is my first time in iver 30 years that I have went to any Primary Doctor. The experience was Amazing, The doctor was really Great at asking me ?. The Nurse was amazingly friendly and best of all she has the best soft hands meaning that you wont feel any pinch or discomfort when given any vaccines. Highly recommend going to this practitioner's office again

Things at the clinic seemed a bit unorganized. Rooms did not feel very private, door was often left open. Some of the doctors made comments about the fact that I was a child-less mid thirties woman. An MA took notes on an unopened gauze package during my appointment. One doctor told me some alarming information about my potential ability to have a healthy pregnancy in a very offhand way, which none of my previous doctors has ever mentioned knowing my history. The doctor didn't remember me or any basics about me when I returned for my second and final appointment that was a week after my first visit. After two visits I decided this clinic was not for me.

Doctor is constantly trying to make her patients consent to things they don’t need at the moment. Spent 2 hours at the doctors office going back and forth when I just needed a Sport physical due to the doctor trying to convince me to get random tests and blood taken out. Poor work ethic.

So I get there early . Receptionist is having private conversation with co worker and doesn’t acknowledge me . I take a phone call (very important) for 2 mins . I check in later I tell them they should have all my info . She tells me my insurance is good and I owe money . I pay money and then wait for 45 mins . Had to ask for them to see me again and again . Then I ask for full refund and guess what receptionists says . I was on the phone . Please respect my time and act professional. They text and email to make sure I am on time I would expect the same

The physician's assistant was pleasant and detail-oriented. The office is shabby and you can hear conversations in the exam rooms from the waiting room. Dr. Olivo came in for the last 10 minutes of my exam, was briefed on what the PA had noted with me and then wildly speculated reasons why I was experiencing the symptoms I was experiencing. She was entirely hands-off and then handed me a flyer for her med-spa down the street. I'm going to have to keep searching for a primary care physician, I don't trust a word she said.

Dr. Olivia and her staff are amazing! I definitely recommend the Clybourn location over the Fullerton location if the aesthetic of the building is important to you!
