My dissatisfaction is not towards the Dr, but the practice, but I can not seem to get anywhere with anyone so I am trying here. My appointment was on February 2nd, at 1:20 pm. The dr. came on, was professional and quick. We determined fairly easily that I am suffering from Crohn's and he said he would order tests to confirm. I did not receive tests, I can not get into my portal and, if there is a bill anywhere, I have yet to find where it is floating for it to be paid. I am hoping for someone to contact me to send me tests to take so I can confirm Crohn's, and also what next steps need to be taken.
