I had a great experience with the doctor and nurses — they were amazing and very kind.
However, the check-in process was confusing and frustrating. I arrived at 9:54 AM for my 10:30 appointment, as instructed to come early as a new patient. I signed myself in on the list, but at 10:30 I received a text message asking if I had arrived. When I confirmed through the link, I was then told I hadn’t been checked in.
It seems I was only called because I responded to that message — otherwise, I’m not sure anyone would have noticed I was there.
I was also asked to complete long forms again that I had already filled out online, which took another 30 minutes. I don’t understand the purpose of arriving early and completing forms in advance if everything has to be repeated in person.
Overall, the medical staff was excellent, but the front desk process definitely needs improvement.
