Needed a crown on an old tooth that had been bothering me. I was a little worried about cost going in but they walked me through the pricing before starting anything — no surprises on the bill. Dr. Zou was straightforward about what was needed and why, didn't try to talk me into anything extra. The whole staff has this calm energy that makes the experience way less stressful than dental visits usually are for me. The waiting area feels more like a high-end café than a dental office: Nespresso coffee, curated books, scented candles, and plush leather sofas.
