Online portal was nonfunctional. The welcome packet was 30 pages that was not reviewed. When I came to ask about immunizations for a trip, she just looked at the same website for the CDC that I looked at before. I asked about getting a physical and that was acknowledged and then didn’t happen. Did not check for prior authorization for my medication resulting in it not being covered by insurance I will not be coming back.
