1st impressions are lasting to a new patient: My experience with my initial visit @ Onestop Medical practice was all around professional with a thoughtful and welcoming vibe which I'm so thankful to have experienced. Dr Shah's approach was informative and receptive to a new patient who has lacked self care for quite some time. Not only would I go back, I am going back and I look forward to the Provider/Patient relationship that will ensue. How fortunate I feel I've finally located a Bellevue health provider and her team with whom I believe will not only address my health issues and concerns but sprinkle encouragement for me to remember how important an individual's self care is and once my initial new patient visit ended I was assured she and her team are on board to provide the medical help/guidance I'll need going forward.

Dr. Shah was very nice and had a very good bedside manner. Her staff was very friendly. The 3-star rating, however, is for the severe lack of social distancing in her office, and for how difficult it is to get in contact with her for test results, and for a follow-up. I left messages several times, the voicemail is now full, and I didn't receive any confirmation for a video visit I had scheduled with her through her website to review test results and to review my requests for referrals and important medication refills. I would recommend her for a one-time visit, but I would not recommend her for ongoing care.

I loved it there! She and her PA were extremely helpful and informative. They explained the diagnosis and what they planned to do about it and gave me lots of details about what to expect with treatment as well as a follow up. I am very appreciative of the care I received.

Dr. Shah was incredibly kind and understanding! I have been to several other doctors who have brushed off how I’ve been feeling, but she took the time to truly listen, and assured me that we will figure out what’s wrong. She is very warm and easy to talk to. I finally feel like I’ll get to the bottom of what’s been going on with me!
