Because the staff listened and was very respectful. They told me what they were going to do and let me know what to expect. I had no pain and was finished in a short time. The Doctor and staff were very friendly.

The appointment time preset by the Doctor and Zocdoc did not agree. Zocfoc had my appointment set at 3:45 PM and doctor had it at 3:30: PM. Also, my documents that I completed, including my autopen signatures were tiny. Almost microscopic.

Went in for ingrown toenail. No pain at all with procedures. She took the time to go slow injecting the Ladocaine so it would not hurt. In and out in 25 minutes.
