Excellent bedside manner. The staff were very friendly and informative. Additionally it was a short wait time. The physician also suggested natural remedies along with OTC medications. I would definitely return as well as recommend to a friend/family.

the doctor was very friendly and understanding. There was a miscommunication at some point between zocdoc and their practice. i was looking for a pcp around Austin TX and was connected with an urgent care clinic in Houston. We had to cancel the appointment, the doctor was incredibly understanding and helpful anyway!

I had a virtual visit for a sore throat and I was charged an arm and leg . Just for 5 minutes that was in the virtual visit. They didn’t even prescribed any medication or anything.

Wait time for the virtual appointment was a bit long, but I was able to get what I needed out of it. The doctor was very nice, listened to me, and the staff who answered my phone call were direct and to the point. Very nice. The wait for the doctor to hop on the call was long but I understand it's an ER so they're probably pretty busy.

Wanted an urgent appointment before getting on a cruise because my eye was hurting. Had to book the appointment twice. Both times the provider left me waiting in the video waiting room. After several phone calls to ZocDoc the provider was contacted. They were not much help, and they didn't send the prescription to the pharmacy in time before my cruise.

Was told they didn’t have previous records when referring to my previous meds prescribed by the same office “we don’t keep records”
Provider additionally had poor bedside manner “what do you want “ well that’s why I’m calling in. For a medical professional to give me advice on how to feel better .

Over all great, the doctor I interacted with was very knowledgeable about drugs related to my illness and was able to give specific recommendations that turned out to be very effective.
I do feel I was over prescribed the amount of a drugs for my issue.

Yes I would go back the provider that I select selected and I was so sick that I did not realize that he was all the way over in Houston and probably about 40 something miles away from me cuz I live in Galveston Texas but being that we only had a video phone conversation he still listened to me very well and prescribed me the medication that he thought would help. This whole experience with this company on point is excellent. You should try it
