The hygienist was thorough, Together with the dentist they identified a potential spot to watch for the next visit. I felt I got the royal treatment the dentistry world.

Dr. De Leon is the most thorough and patient doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. She was so patient with explaining her recommendations and why. My entire life I’ve dreaded seeing the dentist and that’s caused me to deprioritize it and go years without seeing one. Ksenia Bubukina was an amazing doctor! I was coming from another dentist at The Smile Center in the Mission and they wanted to do 4 separate appointments for a deep cleaning, one appointment for each quadrant. We did half of the mouth here today only because of time, otherwise, we could have done the entire deep cleaning in one go! Well do filling and the second half of deep cleaning the next time I come in. She was a clear communicator, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. The front desk was efficient in getting me payment details before starting on the deep cleaning so I knew how much I was paying before any procedure. The office is a bit far but I highly recommend coming here for detailed and efficient work!

I didn’t like the rush to leave the off the chair and a hasty manner I was still woozy from the experience and medication. I felt like my safety was in danger to just rush out of the office in that fashion and walk and navigate my way through society and my state of being I thought that was very dangerous. I chipped my tooth on a Sunday and was flying out for a Taylor Swift concert Tuesday. I scheduled a 4:30 appt Monday morning and the office was able to get me in and take care of my tooth. They even played Taylor music for me! The dentist took great care to make sure she fixed it properly and even admired her work as I was leaving. I hate the dentist but she was so gentle and caring without even knowing it, I’ll definitely be back. Five stars all around.

In short this was the worst experience that I have ever had. They literally refused to do the dental cleaning that is covered my insurance but instead they said I need to do "deep cleaning" which is not fully covered by my insurance. I have been getting dental cleanings for almost a decade now by different dentists and somehow this one said I have to go through a cleaning process that is not covered by my insurance. This review is my personal opinion and i recommend staying far far away from this place, this was a terrible experience..

Kelly, my hygienist, was phenomenal. She walked me through every step of the cleaning and took the time to review my X-rays with me as we went, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was her transparency around insurance and billing — she made sure I understood exactly what I was being charged for before anything was done. That level of honesty and communication is genuinely rare, and it meant a lot as a new patient. Dr. Phillips was kind and attentive, rounding out what was an all-around excellent experience. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. The entire team made me feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for from start to finish.

The hygienist and dentist were exceptional. Their care was thorough and knowledgeable, and the office’s advanced technology provided a clear, 3D understanding of my teeth + gums. They explained everything well and identified issues other providers had missed. I felt safe, informed, and deeply appreciative of being cared for by women of color. Unfortunately, the front desk experience stood out. Communication felt disjointed, and the process was more daunting than necessary, especially in contrast to the quality of clinical care. Despite this, the care from the hygienist and dentist was excellent.
