He’s very kind and understanding and actually listen to all of my concerns in lengthy story of my issues. I would definitely be seeing him again for all derm appointments.

Dr. Eric Eisenberg showed great concern regarding removal of a cyst under my back tatoo. He explained how he will try to follow the line of one of the leaves to reduce damage to the tatoo. His special attention to the perfect procedure to prevent major damage to the tatoo was greatly appreciated and unexpected. Major respect and highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and at no point was I informed that I wouldn’t be seeing the doctor I had specifically scheduled my appointment with. Instead, I was seen by someone else, and the visit felt extremely rushed.

The receptionist was friendly. I checked in, paid the amount due, and waited. A few minutes later, another nice staff lady took me to the exam room and review medication list among other things. Then Jessica came in with an assistant. They were both polite, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The exam went well. I highly recommend her.
