I have been going to the bus for about six years now and have always found them to be courteous and very professional. The best part is they come to a club of community near you so you don’t have the normal waiting experience with 20 other patients in a room. I highly recommend their services and I’ve always been treated courteously. The procedures are always explained and carried out efficiently with good home care instructions and a follow up phone call afterwards as well as a report if any biopsies are taken for further work . Nothing good I will never go there again. The care afterwords was non existent lack of planning and care by provider caused my appointment to be canceled and I decided to go somewhere else to go out of pocket to get my stitches out. I was told by other Dr who took my stitches that whoever did the stitch job was most likely practicing on me because it was a very poor job that because of that terrible job I will now have a bigger scar. Terrible service and terrible follow through. Asked for a manager to call me back and it’s been over 3 days now that I asked for a call and guess what surprise surprise I’m still waiting for the phone call.

My visit was fine on November 10th, however Eric took two separate skin samples for testing and I was told I'd get the results in a couple of weeks. To date I have heard nothing!! it's been far more than two weeks.

It has been 17 days since two biopsies were taken. To date, nobody has called or emailed results. Also, there is no results information on the portal. Very disappointed there has been no follow up.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The dermatologist seemed rushed, had very little bedside manner, and came across as short and unfriendly. He insisted that I get my skin tag biopsied or else he wouldn’t remove it, and the way it was communicated felt very abrupt, clinical, and uncaring. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and without the professional care I was hoping for. I have had many dermatologist appointments through the years, and this visit ranks as one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I truly hope future visits are handled with more patience, more caring, and a more personable approach.
