The woman who did my eye exam was nasty. The office opened at 9:00. I had a 9:45 appointment and still waited an hour. The doctor had the WORST bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t greet me upon entering the room, nor address me when leaving the room. Just awful

Dr. Gregory polar is amazing. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and makes sure you leave with a smile. I didn’t feel rushed or that the he didn’t care about my concerns for coming in for a visit. Thank you to your team and you for being an amazing doctor.

Took off from work just to see a eye doctor. Had no choice but to see Dr Matta because of last minute emergency. He is Unsympathetic. No questions. Just in and out of the room. Didn’t even get to the root of the problem. Then tells the nurse to send me to another doctor to check for other issues like glaucoma. The worst part...... The medicine he prescribed didn’t even work. I tried it for a week. I didnt feel better at all.
