The staff was friendly, offering water, juice, coffee, and snacks. Very kid friendly and attentive!!! They walk you through the procedure step by step and make sure you're 100% comfortable! Dr. Regina was the nicest, comforting Doctor I've ever been to! She's very gentle and informative!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. This first appointment took a little longer than expected but got several tests done and dilated my eyes, so it was worth it. Staff and Doctor were very friendly. Decent selection for glasses and willingness to find what I liked if not there.

She was't in today. However, her replacement was very good and I have to admit that I was surprised to see how impressive he was. He was able to do everything she does even though he only had her notes to go by while examining me. He was very thorough and and he has mannerisms that make one quite comfortable as soon as he introduced himself. I would also like to add that I made a 5:00 pm appointment. I called at around 9:50 am and asked for an earlier appointment if they had any cancellation. I was informed that they indeed had an 11:00 am canceling and was given that opening. That helped me with my day's activities. I am truly thankful.

I walked in a woman came up to me asked me what I needed, she had me sign papers and then took me back to do my exam. I was in and out in 30 mins. The doctor listened to me when I asked questions. It was a great experience.

My visit was pleasant. The staff was nice, organized, and caring. She took the time to teach me patiently how to use and handle contact lenses. The appointment was right on time and the clinic is very clean. Dr. Nguyen took time to check my vision. I did not feel rushed as I did with other clinics. I'd highly recommend her to anyone and definitely would come back as her patient.

I took my kid into Sam's optical center and we both were seen right away by Dr. Regina Nguyen. She was nice, professional, and friendly.
