The office had no idea that we were coming in. I told them I began booking the appointment with them ( the doctors office), but somehow Zocdoc took over. When we got there they had no record of our booking and said they had broken any relationship with you already and they were very upset as we were too. I know that your not going to publish this on your website, but believe me, I will find a way to get the Information out to the masses. So they'll know anyway.

The staff was very friendly and actually fun to be around :) they seemed very knowledgeable. I appreciated their patience with my indecisiveness when picking out frames and asking for detailed comparisons. They were also excellent at giving advice about which frames to pick too.
