It's not the doctor I booked and they don't have glasses that fits me (small bridge). And now I have to register to something to read the message they send me, instead of sending it to me directly. I don't need to register to another website or have another app just to see the message!!!

This was the best eye doctor I have ever seen. After seeing many of them in my lifetime I became used to being dismissed and not really asking many questions. The doctor explained things to me that I had even thought to ask about, and gave me a very thorough exam, giving me insight about the condition of my vision. I was so surprised! I will definitely be seeing this doctor again!

Last year I had the same eye exam here and it was covered by my insurance. This year, they waited until AFTER the exam to tell me it wasn’t covered. I completed all paperwork the night before and clearly listed my insurance, so there’s no reason they couldn’t have verified coverage beforehand and informed me. Dr. Roninson was great, but the front desk staff was another story. The whole situation felt shady and embarrassing, especially being told after services were already provided. I also repeatedly explained — at least 4 times — that I already had frames at home and only needed new prescription lenses. Instead of listening, the employee kept pushing me to buy new frames I didn’t want. I understand upselling, but the way they went about it was aggressive and disrespectful. Overall, very disappointing customer service and communication.

I walked in and was immediately welcomed and helped with the paperwork required as a new patient. During my wait time, I could look at eyeglasses in my budget based on their facilitated system. The Dr. communicated very well and his instructions were clear. I was out in less than an hour excluding first-time 15 minute wait time.

I was a little nervous about going to a new place but when I got there they were very welcoming, friendly, polite, and willing to do whatever it is you request. My glasses were ready within an hour. Staff actually went out of their way to accommodate my two-year-old as well. Lovely place. glad I chose to read the reviews, and find out for myself...
