Compassionate and understanding while giving the best care. I have a disease that suppresses my immune system so I am susceptible to illness and infections and when I have a flare I am hospitalized, so I have seen my fair share of doctors and Dr. Steve is the best doctor I have had.

This wad my forest time using a tele doc visit... the audio on the link didn't work so it turned into a phone call which lasted about 5 minutes and didn't help me at all. Felt really rushed to just get me off there phone and get his payment.

The appointment itself was fine--nothing really to complain about, but nothing stellar either. They did a blood draw, but I never got my results, and calling them never yielded anything. Also, they charged my insurance an exorbitant amount for what was supposed to be a simple annual physical. Fortunately, my insurance covered it, or I would have been in trouble.

It was my first time to have a doctor's appointment in Chicago since moving from another country. Dr. Steve was really nice with good bedside manner and knowledge. He makes you feel really comfortable. It was like just meeting up with your friend. His medical assistant, Julio, is also very good. I would recommend family and friends to go here. Best of all, the clinic looks like a medical spa. It doesn't feel like you're going to the doctor at all!

I made an appointment for an annual health check in Dec, but I didn't get the result until the end of Feb, until I made a phone call to the clinic.
Moreover, in the email with the attached health report, the assistant told me that he is going to call me, talking about the my report. But I haven't gotten any phone call after that.
I forgot to mention the blood test, the assistant collected the blood sample by injecting the needle to my arms 3 times, they didn't find my blood vessel until the third time?! I am not saying that it's painful as I am a boy, but it's not a very pleasant experience, granted.
In the early march, I was astonished that I got a large bill, telling me that my insurance doesn't cover the bill, it turns out because choose the wrong state of my BCBS plan, as my company's HQ is in New England. But I do remember I mentioned it clearly when I initially fill out the patient information form.
Then they told me they will submit my insurance again for billing and will contact me 2 weeks later. Well, we will see. I guess I need to call again. Remember, my health report is never delivered until I contacted them 2 months after the unpleasant blood test.

Dr and his staff are very professional and prompt. They make you feel comfortable. Steven listens very carefully to any of your concerns. Definitely will recommend him to my family and friends!

Dr. Steve is the first doctor I've seen since moving to Chicago and I can definitely say he is my go to from now on. He was so friendly, paid attention to me and my questions, and was very knowledgeable. I am already feeling better and I just saw him last night. He noticed certain things right away that other doctors had overlooked. I highly recommend him!

Longer than average wait time. I showed up early to complete paperwork, but they weren't ready for me and didn't end up giving me paperwork to complete until 20 mins past my apt time. Nurse saw me 10 minutes after completing paperwork and doc 10 minutes after that. Overall I was done 45 mins after the original apt time.
