Provider was amazing. The office staff not so great. I was unable to get a quote or make a purchase on contacts or glasses. I had asked to get a quote at least, one of the men working there said there was an issue with the computer so he’d call me later. I never received a call. Felt like I was being told “pay for your appointment and leave” I would have liked to be able to make a purchase while there as I usually always buy a new pair of glasses with my yearly appointment.

I was scheduled with Heather but saw a different doctor without being notified of the change. The male doctor was pleasant enough, but both the doctor and admin both didn’t believe me when I said my prescription was wrong. They both told me in different interactions that I just needed to wait to see if my vision would improve. I left with blurry vision and, later, headaches. I felt a little gaslit, but will do as they directed and call back to schedule an adjustment to my prescription.

The Dr. was knowledgeable,courteous and efficient. I felt rushed. She wanted me gone to take her lunch break. And then the store was closed for lunch so I couldn't look at frames. Don't make an appointment at 1200.
