I never got a chance to see the Dr, I can't rate her. I can absolutely rate the front desk and waiting room. I came early, like they requested because I was a new patient. I went to the desk where there was no line and stood there for a solid 2 minutes before the 2 people at the desk even said hello. The gentleman asked if he could help, I said I was a new patient, he then tells me the other woman....who still hasn't even said hello,could assist. She prints my forms and I missed a couple of things so I fill them out. She has all my forms, ID, and insurance info. I waited for 25 minutes in a waiting room with a woman speaking loudly on speaker phone and no updates from the staff behind the counter. Once I realized I'd been in the waiting area for 35 minutes with no acknowledgement, I asked them to cancel and I left. The gentleman comes running down the hall asking me "Hi, what's your name again?" OK, but they have a copy of my ID, insurance and all the forms she just printed. Weird

Dr. Stubbs and her staff were very nice & professional. It was my first time there & they made sure to answer all questions and listen to my concerns. Dr. Stubbs immediately went into a treatment plan for me & explained away some fears I had regarding a certain medication. I was very impressed.

This was my first appointment, and I walked in knowing exactly what I was looking for in my care. What stood out immediately was her ability to actively listen. I didn’t just feel heard—I could see it in her actions.
When I say she and her team went to WORK, they went to WORK.
Before I left the office, every referral we discussed had been made, and my prescription was submitted as I was leaving. She even picked up where other doctors had dropped the ball.
The attentiveness, efficiency, and follow-through were incredible. I joked that I feel like I have concierge service. ?? But more importantly, I left feeling seen.
I was able to advocate for myself and communicate what I wanted from my care, and I felt respected. Being listened to is one thing. Watching someone immediately put what they heard into action is another.
If this is what the first appointment is like, I feel really good about the care I’ve chosen for myself.

NP Guidry was very nice, a great listener and eager to help. I’m always nervous to start at a new doctor’s office, but everyone was super friendly and I felt very comfortable there.
