I made my appt almost a month ago, and they waited until the day of my appt to tell me they don't take my insurance, but zocdoc said they did. Now, I am out of medication and have to find another provider and start this process and wait game all over again to get my medications.

I was told all my paperwork was complete and took off work for my appointment. I was then canceled on 1 minute prior to my appointment and told it was due to pending insurance. Wish I would have know this before taking off work and filling out HOURS of paperwork

Dr. Groom truly does seem like she cares for her clients. She was transparent about my case and explained that she was not the best equipped to handle it. Because of this, she referred me to another doctor. Unfortunately, the office she referred me to did not provide the service I booked with her. My only complaint is that she did respond back to me when I asked for help with the referral process, even though she stated I could. Other than that, she seems very nice and I’m sure she provides great care to those that she can do so for.
