I don’t often write reviews but certainly wanted to in this case. I was referred to Optimized Health by my PCP.
I’ve been suffering from headaches for the most of my adult life. As I recall, my initial consultation with Dr. Lindisas was very detailed and informative. She made me feel very comfortable and answered every single question I had.
I have been seen at the practice for the past 4 weeks, and I already feel a palpable difference. I really value my multimodal treatment plan that was created to specifically meet my needs, including gentle chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and targeted home exercises.
I would highly recommend Dr. Lindisas to everyone!

The office staff was very friendly. I thought this provider was very nice overall and was polite. What I didn't like was that she seemed to overexaggerate areas where I know I do need help (mostly with flexibility, tight muscles, etc. that have been areas of concern most of my life), didn't seem to acknowledge that I have improved greatly over the past year or so with dry needling, strength training, and cardio. She even doubted that I know how to use my diaphragm to breathe. It's important to validate our client's strengths and not to harp on or magnify their areas of weakness.
She does seem interesting, skilled, and kind but not a good match for me.

This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a specialist for my concerns. My concerns were met with the best care, attention, knowledge, and diagnosis. I walked away learning so much more about my diagnosis and overall health. There was so much care and detail put into the conversations and questions with Dr. Lindisas. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone with any conditions regarding the spine, head, ears, neck, and in my case , Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo.

I have seen many chiropractors but Dr Lindisas is by far the most effective I have used. She sends you home with exercises to do which reinforce the excellent adjustments you receive in the office. She is AMAZING!! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Lindisas yesterday. I went in with some significant lower back pain and I now feel like a new person. She took the time to listen and properly diagnose my issue and then went right to work getting it resolved. She explained very clearly to me what she thought the problem was and how she was going to treat it. A half hour later, I walked out of the office and my pain was gone. She was very professional and I felt extremely comfortable that I was in great hands the whole time I was there. Dr. Daiva is a doctor like I've never met before! I've seen many chiropractors before, but nobody ever helped me like Dr. Daiva. She was very warm, attentive, respectful, listened very carefully, and did the most thorough adjustment of my spine, joints, and muscles. Dr. Daiva is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I been told by other doc that I would never full range of motion without the surgery and then I went to Dr. Daiva and few months later and lot of of work with her and at home (yes, she gives you homework and you better do it or she will know) I have full range of mention in my shoulder like nothing happened. I am able to do handand where I could not do a downdog.
I recommend everyone go see Dr. Daiva and you won't need surgery.
