Do not book with this office. They cheat their patients. I was told that they utilize out of network benefits but they were "willing to match" my in network deductible and I had to pay at time of service. I paid the deductible and then later called my insurance company where I was told I was only supposed to pay the specialty copay amount. Then, the chiropractor hurt me and never returned my calls about the pain and discomfort I had after the adjustment.

Dr Shelley Martin explained my issues clearly by showing me what is going on with my neck bone from the x-ray, which helps me understand what I need to pay attention to improve my health condition.

I was under the impression they were in network according to their page on Zocdoc. After I booked the appointment I was notified that I would need to pay a certain amount for the first appointment until they verified my insurance and if it was determined that it was in network, it would be credited to your account. It felt sketchy because ZocDoc said they accepted my insurance, but I had really bad back pain and I needed to be seen by someone asap.
Literally as I was leaving my appointment I was told my insurance was out of network & that I would need to pay out of pocket for sessions, from there I was told of a plan they have to cover for out of network patients. Ultimately,I felt as if it was a bait & switch to get me to pay money for something I was under the impression insurance covered.
Other than that, the staff was polite & I received a pretty good adjustment. My only advice is to confirm if they are in network before your first appointment. Not everyone has cash to burn.
