All the staff was great! I received excellent care and my appointment and glasses were all covered by my insurance. There is a wide range of frames to chose from in every price point. They even validate parking!

It was all good! Helpful staff, doctor knows what he’s doing, fast and easy with no wait (it was a weekday at 3pm so wasn’t really crowded). Also they verify parking or you can use Trader Joe’s 2h parking in the garage. For the contacts, the doctor gave me samples from two brands and told I can give them a call later and tell which one I liked more for the prescription, which is really convenient. Thank you!

Doctor was great. Staff within the office could use some work. After my exam, I bought some glasses, was told my invoice would be sent to my email shortly. Noticed next day I still had not received anything, called to see if my email was incorrect despite having received previous emails from them. None of my calls or voicemails were returned and just left me feeling weird since I just spent half a grand on glasses and never received anything paperwork about them.

Dr. Kathleen was thorough, knew what she was doing and talking about. She explained everything very clearly and talked me through the entire appointment. I was very impressed and happy that I went with her!

This office has great communication and they actually had tried to call me prior to the time I signed up for, to reschedule. I still showed up and the doc was able to squeeze me in, which was very much appreciated. I had a great experience at this office.

Can't recommend this place enough! The staff was excellent and took great care of me. Dr. Kathleen explained everything thoroughly to me so I'd understand my eye health, what was important and considered when reviewing the results of each exam. Never learned so much before! She's also a wonderful person all around. I will definitely be back.
