Dr. Raush is friendly and very helpful in explaining your options to you. The only disappointment is that I never received a follow-up call when my contacts came in and had to call the office. All in all, not a deal breaker. I’d recommend Dr. Raush.

This place is great. My exam was thorough and unhurried. I felt like I was encouraged to understand the process and ask questions. I was able to try on frames without feeling pressured. No one attempted to up-sell me on anything. My favorite part was how everything was cheaper than anywhere else I've ever been. If you live or work in the area, just go here.

The doctor was very friendly. However, I disliked the vibe of the people that ran the office. The woman who ordered my contacts forgot to put it through my insurance. Then said I can just order glasses with my insurance (which I didn't want to do). I was also charged through my insurance and from my own pocket for a few things. So I was charged twice. I brought it up, and was told that is how it's supposed to be. I called my insurance and they said no. Beyond that, I tried ordering contacts online but needed the office to submit my perscription. They never did it; so I had to physically go in. I was told they can get the contacts to me faster than ordering online. Fine. Then when I went to pick them up, they were backordered and I would have to wait?
Will never go back here. I felt very taken advantage of.

He was great and so nice and professional! Immediately helped me figure out that my current prescriptions were off and found the right new one. The people there were so friendly and BOTH pairs of my glasses (new ones & older ones with new lenses) were ready within the hour.

Highly recommended...calm, cool, collected and really knows his stuff. My contacts seemed off from a dr I saw 6 months ago and he got me into comfortable Dailys which I requested where I can see way clearer. Don't usually leave reviews but had a great experience.
