1) Dr Les Miller's office is an optometry practice. We take the following COMMERCIAL insurance plans: VSP, Eyemed, Davis Vision, and Spectera. We do not take Medi-cal plans or Medicare Part A or B, Unless the Hmo is contracted Via one of those insurances listed above. BCBS, Aetna, UHC and Cigna are medical insurances and would only be able to be billed for medical conditions, AS LONG AS deductibles are met for the year. Routine vision; such as, glasses, contacts and annual exams are considered 'routine vision' and cannot be billed as a medical reason. We will do our best to find your vision plan. Please include the subscriber or member name and date of birth in the information when you make your appointment.
2) Contact lens exams are required for a prescription whether or not you are a new or previous wearer. There will be a charge for this service.
3)We require retinal images for every appointment, with the exception of certain conditions. The images range from $0.00 to $45.00 depending on past or current medical history or family history of certain diseases. We will determine the cost upon obtaining the needed information from your medical history. Dr Miller will not proceed with the exam without these images.

So happy I found this doctor! The office is open on Saturday which is a huge bonus for anyone who works M-F. The staff is so nice and helpful. The doctor is knowledgeable and kind (didn’t make me feel bad for asking dumb questions). He solved my issue quickly. High recommend!!!

Went for an eye exam, the doctor is good and efficient, no complaints w/ the actual treatment. Warning to others is that there is a surprise additional "required" eye imaging treatment that you are forced to do, and are charged for. Didn't like that this was not disclaimed to me in advance, and that I couldn't opt out - not great to be forced into something you didn't come for, and given the option of doing both or leaving without the treatment you came for. The review doesn't let me mention anything regarding charges, but yes you are charged more for it as well.

Dr. Miller was so warm, knowledgeable, and efficient! The exam was easy and thorough (also thanks to the others in the office) and so was getting lenses afterwards. Never had such a great experience at the eye doctor and would highly recommend!

My recent visit started positively with a warm welcome from the front staff, easing my anxiety. However, this comfort quickly faded when I encountered the Dr. As a vet tech, I came prepared after suffering a painful eye injury, bringing my medication and expecting a thorough examination. Unfortunately, the Dr. barely acknowledged my medication and asked irrelevant questions. His abrasive demeanor, with loud commands to hold my eyes open, was distressing given my discomfort. He claimed to apply anesthetic but only used a fluorescent stain, performing rushed tests. When he concluded everything was "normal," I felt dismissed, receiving only a recommendatn for eye lubricant. My friend, who accompanied me, felt uncomfortable with his treatment. He offered vague advice about work and, despite my insistence, didn’t provide a work note. While the front staff was supportive, the Dr’s dismissive attitude left me feeling unheard. I advise others to tread carefully when considering this physician.
