I am just in a loss for words with the amazing experience I had. I usually dread the dentist but this was different. From the beginning to end this place makes you feel comfortable and listened. The staff and the doctor were so patient with all of my concerns. This is honestly the best experience with a dentist I have ever had and I have gone to quite a few offices. I 100% recommend.

Let me start by saying that due to prior bad experiences, it has been 14-15 years since I have been to the dentist and if not for some significant tooth pain I probably wouldn’t have gone yesterday.
Dr Davies and his entire staff were very welcoming, friendly and patient with me. I made them aware of my apprehension of dentists and they did an amazing job of explaining everything and making sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed or that they didn’t have my best interests at heart.
I had two extractions with implants and they both went very smoothly and pain free.
I now feel a bit foolish for avoiding the dentist for so long but at the same time cannot stress enough how important it is to me to finally find a dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with.
My wife who has avoided the dentist like I did, will now be going to Dr Davies as well.
I give Dr Davies and his staff my highest recommendation and also my sincere gratitude.

This was far beyond my expectation of a “good” trip to the dentist. The atmosphere is amazing, you can hardly tell your in a medical establishment. Their number one priority is comfort and they do a phenomenal job fulfilling that.

If ever I was afraid of the Dentist- NOT ANYMORE !! The care they took of me while I was at my appointment and a full on nervous wreck was wonderful and the office really feels like a spa. You can tell they care about their clients experience. It was great to be so relieved about my visit.. 10/10 recommend!

We are visiting Tampa. My husband had emergency since he lost his crown . We got appointment right away and he got the best treatment. We are very impress with their service, technique, great hospitality and in bonus we got great discount. Very very pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend for best dental care.

Optum is the BEST dentist provider I’ve ever been to. It’s the complete opposite of your traditional archaic dentist office. They gave me (new patient) a goodie bag, toured me around their state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and MOST IMPORTANTLY took the time and care to listen to my concerns. Most dentist practitioners see you as a number and quickly dismiss your needs and care time, not Optum though. Both the assistant Madison and Dr. Davies were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. 10/10 rating, I will recommend this office to everyone in the Tampa Bay region, they are SIMPLY AMAZING!!!

This is the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist office and I am 62 years old. The staff was exceptional, friendly and caring. Dr Davies treated me like I was family, so caring, and, took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, yet I never felt pressured to say yes to every recommendation. I was given the red carpet treatment from the moment I walked in. I was met with friendly smiles, a gift bag just for coming in, a tour of their beautiful, clean, sterolized office, to a room catered to my specific request for a warm blanket, and soft music for relaxation!! I just can't say enough good things about Dr Davies and his awesome staff from my phone conversation with Leo, then meeting Lacey at the front desk, to Dr Davies assistant Jack.. all of them were fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Davies literally saved my life. Long story short, I had work done by a previous provider from Coastal Jaw Surgery and it turned out terrible. Dr. Davies was able to correct the issues and he made me feel absolutely comfortable. Even with the need for haste and my condition not being ideal due to the previous "work" done, Dr. Davies and his staff took amazing care of me and they provided the best results!
Rather you're looking for regular dental checkups or crucial oral care needs, please consider Dr. Davies and his team. They are amazing at their work, and amazing at being wonderful people alone. Which finding great people in today's society feels almost next to impossible. They are also flexible with appointments and pricing. Very family and financially friendly. They are understanding.

I had a slight fear of dentist but when I walked into the office and met the staff and Dr. Davies that all changed. The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional and super friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Davies is wonderful! He explains every detail of the procedure in a warm and friendly manner. I had teeth extraction and implants and the teeth are absolutely beautiful.
