I had such a great experience at my dental appointment! From the moment I walked in, the office felt bright, spotless, and welcoming. Every single staff member was kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
Aaliyah and Jessica were both so warm and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Lucy, my dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful and gentle, thorough, and incredibly reassuring. Their bedside manner truly stood out and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and relaxed.
I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my care. It was such a positive experience that I already have my follow-up appointment booked. Highly recommend this amazing team!

The office was clean, modern, and well kept. I was seen by a different doctor than the one I originally booked, but the doctor I saw was friendly and had great bedside manner. The assistant who helped set up was also very kind.
One area that could be improved was the hygiene portion of the visit. There wasn’t much communication during the cleaning, and I wasn’t offered a chance to rinse or spit, which made the experience less comfortable than expected.

I had a great experience with Dr Lander, he was understanding of my concerns after not having been to the dentist in a few years and really made me feel comfortable with our next steps. His cleaning was thorough but gentle and the office itself was so chic and clean and wonderful. Could not recommend more highly, no more being nervous about going to the dentist!

Similar to the other reviews, I did not see the provider I booked however that was not an issue for me as I just wanted to go to a good dentist which this practice clearly has a multitude of. I had a very good experience & already booked my next appointment.

Doctor Pham’s office was amazing, and his team even better. Everything was a seamless experience and I was very nervous to see the dentist after missing my cleanings for years. Dr. Pham and team at Oral are the dental professionals I was looking for after moving to the city. I went in for just an annual cleaning with a new practice but left feeling like I’ve been seeing them for a while. Dr. Pham walked me through the areas of concern, some that I was aware of and some that I wasn’t, and explained so thoroughly that it made me feel like confident in what steps I should take next. Great job overall, I will be seeing them in another 6 months.

Possibly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! The office is gorgeous, no waiting, they have high end products throughout. Everyone was so friendly and gentle. Dr Pham was so nice, efficient and attentive to my specific needs. I appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary which I’ve experienced with many other dentist. Just told me the essentials and offered options but wasn’t pushy about anything. I’m excited to have found a great dentist!

I did not like getting bait and switched. I made an appointment with a doctor and never saw him. That is literally the the whole point of Zocdoc to me—to be able to schedule a doctor appointment with a doctor and then to see that doctor. Not to schedule and appointment with a doctor and get to the office and never once see that human. It’s super sketchy and concerning.
Had I not had a hole in my tooth there is an extremely high chance I would have left due to being intentionally tricked by a dentist office.
That all said, the dentist I saw was genuinely awesome. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend him to anyone.

My time with Dr. Pham was so wonderful that, while there, I kept wondering when the shoe would drop. When I arrived, the office was very clean— minimalist and modern with lots of natural light. I was seen promptly by a very kind staff, and Dr. Pham was communicative and thorough, regularly checking in with me to ensure that I understood the process and his prognosis. Left with very clean teeth and a modicum of hope for the future of healthcare!
