I love all the doctors and the staff however; it is impossible to speak to a person when calling, the automated process has you enter a lot of information and then tells you someone will call back and I have yet to receive a call back. At a minimum your call should be acknowledged and someone should call back.

Alissa was amazing! I felt very seen and feel as though she really listened to my concerns and that she cared! The wait time was a little long as it seemed they were short staffed and the receptionist was a little off putting but overall a good experience.

Michael Vazquez was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything in a clear and straightforward way. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about getting to the root of the issue rather than just treating symptoms.

I was in an extreme amount of pain from a recent fall, which was my reason to see Michael Vazquez APRN, MSN, FNP. I was very scarred, I’m 74 years old with health issues, Michael Vazquez APRN sense this and immediately addressed my fears. I have never met this gentleman before or had an established relationship with his office, I know it’s corny, but they treated me like family. Michael explained everything slowly, clearly so I fully understood everything and we set a plan to begin healing again.
When I was ready to leave my debt card failed, I panicked, the office staff said no worry, call us tomorrow we’ll work it out. Nobody treats people kindly any longer. Their understanding for finding answers quickly and fairly cannot be overstated.
I do a lot of travel, I’m currently visiting from Virginia, more Health Care Professionals need to follow the care and passion of this office..
