I checked in 10 minutes early. After waiting for 30 minutes I was asked by someone if anybody has seen me yet. A lady walked in after I did and was seen within 10 minutes. I'm not sure why I got ignored. After another 10 or 15 minutes I went to the front desk where I stood for almost 5 minutes before I got someone's attention. I was/am in a great deal of pain so it took a lot to get to this place plus I had to pick my kids up at that point so I had to leave. No one cared that I was there till I wanted to leave. The place seemed nice enough but I was pretty disappointed I couldn't get seen.

Honestly this is the nicest office I've been to, as far as bedside manner! When you walk in everyone greets you with a smile. The exercises given were fantastic. This 100% going to be where I come for PT moving forward. I mean it when I say Nicole rocks. 10/10 would recommend! She's an awesome listener, and fantastic communicator. She makes me feel comfortable every time I go in. Literally no notes.
