Front reception Caucasian older lady was rude and had an attitude.
Kept giving nasty looks to my kids on the lobby and had family wait outside .

I made an appointment for 6pm. I receive multiple text messages about the appointment. When I arrive, I am told that there is a 2+ hour wait, and that I made an 'Urgent Care' Appointment, not a regular one. I showed them the text confirmation messages, and the receptionist didn't care. I ended up leaving because of the issue and will NEVER return again.

We’ve been to this office previously but not for urgent care. They were attentive to my 13 year olds needs, provided a probably diagnosis and referred us to the specialist for a next day appointment and MRI.

I wouldn't go back for after hours, They advertise they have an MRI, I was told I needed an MRI and to go to a specialist. I went there thinking I would have the MRI right away and find out the problem but was referred to a specialist to get a script for MRI. Also, was seen by a nurse practitioner, NOT a doctor. When I make a dr. appt, I would like to see a doctor. I did get a script for more pain relief and muscle relaxer. But without a diagnosis via MRI, I still don't know what I'm taking meds for.

Great orthopedic urgent care and the only one I could find that opened on the weekends. Friendly and helpful staff and what really surprised me was I was seen right away. Took my X-rays and the PA came in and explained my injury. Provided treatment on the spot and scheduled my follow up appointment. I felt very fortunate to have found this place and received the much needed treatment and care for my injury. Thank you.

The medical stuff was great. To be transparent, as soon as I arrived in the office: "Walk-in or Emergency visit?"
I replied, "I actually have an appointment."
The retort: "So... Walk-in?!"
I mean... I think the vernacular needs to be changed... I didn't know the office's or the region's odd jargon.
Seriously... if you think that is poor feedback, then you aren't really taking the perspective of your clients.

The PA was great. The wait time was ridiculous. I had an appointment and still waited 1hr and half to be put into a room and then another 20 minutes to see dr. Was there for over 2 hours, actually time with doctor was 15- 20 mins.

This was the only place open on a Saturday. The office was very nice and clean. All staff members were friendly and helpful. They took me almost immediately. The NP was very knowledgeable and attentive. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family
