Orlin Mental Health provides compassionate, individualized mental health care for adults seeking therapy, psychiatric care, and medication management. Our goal is to make it easier for patients to access coordinated mental health treatment in a supportive, professional environment. Our clinicians work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic symptoms, mood concerns, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. Treatment is tailored to each patient’s needs, goals, preferences, and circumstances. Our services include individual psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric evaluation, and medication management. For patients struggling with OCD and related symptoms, we also offer a focused OCD Therapy Track, including evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) when clinically appropriate. Our clinical team includes mental health counselors and psychiatric providers, allowing patients to receive therapy, medication management, or a combination of services depending on their needs. When patients receive multiple services through Orlin Mental Health, our clinicians can coordinate care to help provide a more integrated treatment experience. We believe effective mental health treatment should be collaborative and practical. Our clinicians work with patients to understand what is contributing to their symptoms, establish meaningful treatment goals, develop effective coping strategies, and monitor progress over time. We emphasize evidence-based care while recognizing that treatment should be individualized rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Orlin Mental Health offers in-person mental health services in Staten Island as well as telehealth appointments for eligible patients throughout New York State.
