The specialists at The Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Centers are experienced in dealing with work-related injuries. We recognize that work-related injuries are difficult for patients and their families, and our commitment is to you, the patient.
Our state-of-the art physical therapy department is staffed by licensed physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. Together with our physical therapists, our orthopaedic surgeons provide excellent operative and non-operative orthopaedic care. We utilize accelerated physical therapy protocols in attempt to optimize our patients’ functions as efficiently as possible.

I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment and the staff were gracious about that which I appreciated. I had a hard time finding a parking space because there were parking restrictions signs all around the block. I found a space 2-1/2 blocks away and walked to his office in the rain. All the team members were friendly and professional. I decided to go to Dr Levy for a consultation because I was favorably impressed by his informative website and excellent online reviews. He was honest with me and told me that my situation was complicated and would require 2-3 surgeries and that he couldn’t guarantee that my range of motion would not be more constricted than it is now. I appreciated his honesty. Before I left, I asked him if he would complete a form so that I could get a handicap placard. I told him that I always have moderate knee joint pain and it is helpful to be able to park in the handicap spaces in the winter months. He simply said no. Would it have been so hard for him to fill out that form so that I could get a placard? I drove to a supermarket last week and had to wait a good fifteen minutes for a parking space to become available, while there were three vacant handicap spaces where I couldn’t park because I didn’t have a placard. I was thinking about when there will be ice and snow on the ground how helpful it would be if I could park in a handicap space! I am no longer under under the treatment of an orthopedic surgeon. The one who did my previous surgery last year discharged me months ago. I plan to stop by his office again soon to get a copy of my records and a CD of the x-rays that were taken.

Dr. Levi did a great job taking care of me. He even had the CT office, which was closed, open just to scan my wrist. Got me into sx a couple days later and am 2 days post op and feeling much better.

Please Read Before Seeing Dr. Levi
Dr. Levi was personable and concise in his diagnosis of my minor neck pain. After X-Rays, he could determine I had muscle spasms that should be treated with a weeklong steroid plan and mild muscle relaxants. At that point, I should have thanked him and revisited if there were future issues.
Instead, after hearing the above 'Plan A', I heard his solicitation of a locally manufactured pain reliever with a breakdown of the estimate with my co-pay. I suppose I "opted in" to learning more because the provider called me later that day to sell it to me.
Shortly after, I also "opted-in" to taking an electro-therapy kit, which the PA explicitly described as an option "if the meds don't work." This 'Plan B' was never needed and I never opened the kit because 'Plan A' worked great. But sure enough - my patient bill had a 6-bill line item for the kit - absolutely shocking and supposedly nonreturnable after a week.
It's fascinating that the doctor would quote something to me presumed a bargain, but withhold expense information on something clearly not. Very savvy business-wise, but unethical in my opinion. Position of power, asymmetrical information - I was out-maneuvered.
Luckily I did manage to opt-out of the onsite physical therapy pitch ('Plan C' ?), but if anyone wants an electrotherapy kit - I'm selling one: Brand-new, unopened, and at market value which is six times (!) less than I got it for. How am I doing Dr. Levi?

I had waited him in clinic more than 45 minuets and then he spent with me only 5 minuets. He disrespected me . And he didn’t care about my pain on my other knee

Dr. Levi was supportive, informative and reassuring during each step of my recent wrist fracture. He was the first doctor I saw the day after I went to the emergency room, and I just finished my last appointment following rehabilitation and healing -- at each step, Dr. Levi (and his wonderful staff) worked with me and were a source of support during what felt like a vulnerable time.
The office is always packed, especially at the end of the day, so arrive on-time, but the staff is good with getting patients in on schedule. Another positive: almost the entire staff is bilingual, so patients who speak Spanish should be well taken care of.

I was very pleased with my visit to see Dr. Gabriel Levi on Wednesday, July 31 2019, at Orthopaedic Rehabilitation center, 1431 N Western Avenue, 5th floor, room 509. I was greeted by his staff with a friendly smile. They were very professional and asked me what was the purpose of my visit? The wait to see Dr. Levi was short. When Dr. Gabriel Levi entered the room I smiled and said its me again. He is always very nice and professional. I have been seeing him for seven years now. He took care of my broken hand, displace elbow and two brand new knees. So I wanted him to know my knees are good however, I have something else causing me pain. He listened attentively as I explained my symptoms of sciatica pain. I am blessed to know that I can come to him and his staff knowing that he will prescribe the best method and treatment I need to begin. So we are on another journey to correct what is causing me pain in my body. I wouldn't want any other doctor treating me. I trust Dr. Gabriel Levi he has my best interest at heart.

I've been goi gto Dr. Levi for over a year now, through a surgery and then another injury. His bedside manner has always made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision for surgery and other treatments. His office is always busy but I've never felt rushed. He will take time to answer my questions thoroughly. He is also very knowledgeable and well trained. He knows his stuff. If you find yourself needing surgery with Dr. Levi I would also highly recommend his surgical center in Pleasant Prarie. I had the best experience there!

Dr. Levi is a wonderful doctor!l. He was very patient and made sure to thoroughly explain what might be going on with my hip issues. He listened to all of my concerns and took plenty of xrays to rule out anything serious. The staff here is also very friendly and really made me feel comfortable during this visit. Dr Levi was wonderful, but this place is an absolute nightmare and a scam, mostly due to Lupe. She should be let go immediately as I have been told there are many complaints against her as it stands. Billing will add random charges and bill you later despite having settled up and agreeing on a price. Then, Lupe doesn’t answer or return calls EVER! It’s been 2 months and not a peep despite calling almost every other day and her colleagues supposedly emailing her. Again, Dr Levi was great but not worth the nightmare that is billing and admin. Whoof.

Let me start by saying my parents have seen Dr. Levi at both of his locations and I have been with both of them at the time of their visit. I booked my mom's appt thru Zoc Doc last year at his St. Elizabeth office, I got a confirmation from Zoc Doc saying my appt was all set up, I made arrangements at work for the time off only to get a call the day before that my appointment had to be changed, because the time I chose was not available. To say the least this was very inconvenient but the young lady said there was nothing she could do except give me a later time. In the end my mom was very happy with her treatment which is why we decided to take my dad to him, I wasn't sure about booking thru Zoc Doc considering what happened last time, but I decided to give it a try since it is so convenient. I had to schedule at his north side office this time, chose the day and time I wanted, filled out his demos and ins info and got a confirmation 30 mins later that my appt was all set. This time there was no phone call the day before to change my appt just a call confirming it. There was a little bit of a wait the morning of his appt to get called back, and the doctor seemed a little rushed (it looked very busy), but overall my parents were very pleased with the outcome of the appointment the MA's were very sweet and helpful, always with a smile on their face. And while Dr. Levi seemed rushed, He answered all of our questions. We were seeking conservative treatment for my dad since his docs wont clear him to have surgery yet, and he was very helpful and understanding. It's nice to find a surgeon who is willing to help and listen to your concerns and not just lose interest when you tell them you are not looking to have surgery just yet.
I work in the medical field and personally know many ortho's, I don;t know Dr. Levi personally, but he treated my parents with respect and dignity, they are not fluent in English so when they come out of a doctor's office feeling confident and informed I know the doctor and staff went the extra mile to help and inform them.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Levi to my family and friends.

Another great visit with Dr. Gabriel Levi and his staff. The always make me feel like family here. They treat me with the up most respect and courtesy. I couldn't help but felt "sold to" my entire visit with Dr. Levi. I went in for a general consultation and was old there was a 99% chance my knee was fine. Half the visit was spent selling me on surgeries that I would "likely not need" and that I should get an MRI and possibly an injection in my knee.
I didn't feel anyone was listening to me when I was explaining the very inconsistent knee problem. It was more for a precautionary measure and here I am worrying about getting plasma or stem cells injected into my knee. This is after I said I am homeopathic.
Tough to recommend.
