It was a nice office, and everyone was very friendly. I was taken back very soon after I arrived, and a nurse came in immediately. After looking at my images, Dr. Moghimi told me what my options were. He showed me my images and explained what he would be able to do. I was very happy and very impressed!

I had an appointment with Dr. Maghimi. I arrived on time with my MRI and all paperwork completed. The folks at the reception counter were not friendly nor welcoming. After X-rays and review of my MRI, his PA saw me. Nice guy and very engaging but it was clear Dr. Maghimi was not interested in seeing me. Only after discovering Dr. Maghimi outside the room multitasking at the central counter was I able to ask him any questions; he was clearly wanting to do other things. He never introduced himself, he didn’t do an exam nor offer to explain my issue nor answer any questions I may have.
My impression was that because my issue turned out to be minor(?)/already healed to him, I was no longer a potential “high-value patient” i.e. not a candidate for surgery and therefore not worth his time. It’s very frustrating to schedule an appointment, complete all the paperwork, show up on time only to have the doctor blow you off because you’re not worth his time. Very disappointing experience.

I drove 1 hour for this appointment and arrived 6 mins late. Took a bit longer to check me in and do the x-rays because it was too busy, and I had to wait for another 40 mins to see the doctor after X-rays were done. I had to leave at the end without seeing him. Probably a better time management or seeing less patients at a time would help.

The office was not aware of my ZocDoc appointment and almost turned me away. Once i spoke with the manager, she was extremely helpful in getting me in to see the doctor. The doctor was great.

I was grateful that the PA and the Dr were both versed in my case history and images when they walked in the room. Explanations were clear and the Dr took time to listen to me and to explain what he thought would be best for me, but with also the clear caveat that it is entirely up to me how to proceed.

Michael was kind as well as the support staff. I had some insurance difficulties and they were very pleasant and helpful. Clean office, quick X-rays, would recommend.

Everyone at the office was very nice and friendly. The doctor was great too. Zero complaints there.
My issue is how long the wait time was. I was on time for my appointment and yet waited over 90 minutes to be seen, which is entirely unacceptable.

Dr. Moghimi was immediately very direct with me after he and his colleagues viewed my MRI. I needed emergency neck surgery, no sports of any kind. I am virtually close to being paralyzed. He cleared a spot on his schedule next week for me. He and his PT Assistant Thomas both, individually went over the MRI with me to make me understand the gravity of the condition. Extremely thorough and professional but I am still scared of spinal surgery. I will know soon enough.

I arrived for my appointment around 40 minutes early, and was pleasantly surprised when I was taken in to the exam room around 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. That said, I was waiting in the exam room for around 25 minutes before Dr. M came in to speak with me. The appointment felt very rushed and I don't feel as though I was able to describe my pain/injuries in full detail. All I was asked was to bend forward and point to where my pain was. I understand that Dr. M is very knowledgable and good at what he does but I don't think a more in depth diagnosis process would've hurt. The only reason my mind was put at ease was because the x-ray showed no sign of structural damage. I was prescribed meds and PT even though I've been doing PT for over a month with no results, though I'm hoping that whichever physical therapist I go to can help ease my pain. On the PT order sheet, the PT ordered was for my lumbar spine while the pain I'm experiencing is in my thoracic spine. The office was quite busy while I was there so I understand that clerical errors happen, but it felt as though they were trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible but I do wish the appointment was a bit more in depth.

Dr. Moghimi was amazing! I've suffered with pain for years and after hearing my symptoms & doing an exam, Dr. Moghimi talked me through his thoughts & ordered imaging - the test revealed he was spot-on, across the board. Anyone who can correctly diagnose before they've seen images really knows their specialty. He surpassed all expectation, and has a great staff.
