I came in with excruciating pain and was sent away without pain medication. Unacceptable.

This is a problem with ZOCDOC, NOT my physician. I asked for someone who could treat Baker’s Cyst surgically and you sent me to someone who does not treat Baker’s Cyst surgically. I don’t know how much more clear I could have been?

My appointment ran like "clock work". As soon as I walked into patient's area, it was, step here, do this, move to this room, see dr, move out. kind of amazing, certainly FAST enough, but seemed very impersonal. More robotic and/or pressed for time. (like, "how many patients can we see in an hour?) Staff remembered to smile and got in a hello, but it almost felt like we were playing beat the clock! and they were on a mission to win! Not saying it was a bad experience, got x-rayed, saw and spoke with dr, and out the door (my head was still spinning) in less than 30 minutes!
