Dr. Tutu is very friendly and welcoming and listened intensively to my needs to get to the root of my problem. However, after being greeted by front desk and filling out paperwork, I waited for at least 30 minutes before I was seen. I booked a follow up virtual appointment with her to explain my results. My appointment was at 3, I got a call at 3:10 letting me know she’s still with another patient and will be late. I waited until 3:45 and still received no call. I called the office and rescheduled for the following week. I called the office that morning to confirm my appointment time at 3:30. At 4:27, I called the office to let them know to cancel and was unable to reach anyone.

Dr. Nana Tutu was absolutely amazing. When I walked in they knew it was me and I was greeted by my name! They were ready to see me right away. The forms I filled out were prefilled with all the info I already entered online. It was mostly to verify. The receptionist/drs assistant (Christie) was kind, warm, and friendly. The facility was beautiful. The artwork on the walls was beautiful. The bathroom was clean. The doctor spent about an hour with me. I wasn’t rushed. She allowed me to share my concerns without judgement. I am so happy I found this doctor and facility! I truly look forward to my health journey here!

Dr.TuTu is truly amazing! I felt both seen and heard. We addressed everything and more that I wanted to discuss. It was super easy to speak to her, and she made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone, she does a thorough exam. When it came down to what questions I had, she had an answer or a solution to help improve my health. I could tell that she really loves what she does and loves helping people be the best version of themselves.

There seemed to be a zodoc appointment mix up where the office wasn’t aware of my appointment and they tried to accommodate. Beautiful office and vibes. Visit was rushed with no clear plan for next follow up’s. I was told they would contact me the next day but they were actually closed the next day. Communication was not there. Really needed/ wanted to establish care here but not confident in the office.
