Our Family Healthcare
Any patients scheduling a new appointment through Zocdoc will be responsible for a $40 cancellation fee for no call/no shows as well as being late more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without calling the office. All appointments made through Zocdoc should be cancelled through Zocdoc as soon as possible when unable to come in. Appointments should be cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time. Please be sure to add member/subscriber ID when booking as unverified insurance may cause your appointment to be rescheduled or canceled. 100/10!!! Best provider I’ve seen ever. Dr.Ford listens to the patients attentively and addresses each concern. She is thorough and understanding, fun and helpful. She’s easy to talk to and it doesn’t feel overwhelming or intimidating. She is efficient and kindhearted, she really cares about her patients. Her staff are kind, organized, caring, and supportive. The office is clean and the staff were on top of all the paperwork.

My experience with Tiffany and her staff was so pleasant and respectful. I honestly felt like Tiffany has been my Dr. for years , it was like old friends catching up. She was attentive, concerned, thorough, respectful, funny, genuine and professional. I’m so glad I chose her for my primary care. Leaving her office I felt a sigh of relief . I would recommend any man women and or families to her if they’re looking for a provider that’s amazing!!!!

My provider retired after 25 years, and I wanted to switch to a younger provider with a great bedside manner, easily accessible via zoom or in person and someone who would hear my health concerns and problems, and could partner together with me in my over 50 health journey to stay active and well. I found her thanks to the honest reviews of previous patients. The office was clean and peaceful, and the office staff member was respectful, nice, and knowledgeable. What more can a patient ask for truly. I'm thankful to have found Our Family Healthcare and Tiffany, and btw great practice name as I felt well taken care of.
