Out Stress
Out Stress, PLLC provides individual counseling for adolescents and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and life transitions. Appointments are currently offered through telehealth only for clients located in Texas, with sessions available in English and Spanish.
The practice is led by Helen Jimenez, Ph.D., LPC-S, NCC, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, EMDR Certified Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Dr. Jimenez holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Liberty University.
Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person’s concerns, preferences, and goals. Depending on individual needs, treatment may incorporate EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Dr. Jimenez offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore difficult experiences, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or returning for additional support, you are encouraged to ask questions and share feedback. Your goals and readiness help guide the treatment process.
