I spent time and money traveling to this office based on their confirmation, only to be turned away upon arrival. This indicates a breakdown in communication and appointment management. It is concerning to be told an appointment can be accommodated and then be denied service after arriving.
Additionally, the decision was communicated through the front desk rather than addressed directly, which further contributed to the confusion. The front desk staff were courteous and professional throughout the interaction and acknowledged that the situation had not been handled appropriately. When they attempted to reach the therapist for clarification, they did not receive a response.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning and would recommend choosing an office with clearer communication and more reliable appointment practices.
