After patiently waiting for my appointment, I felt rushed, especially by the doctor. My sudden worsening of vision in one eye, along with the tension and headache, was not addressed or explained. I only received a prescription for glasses.

1st time doing an eye screening which went amazing!
I needed to see the provider after an eye trauma. I was able to get in within 24 hours and they spoke directly to my injury and laid out a clear recovery plan, including scheduling a follow up appointment in a timely manner.

Came in for a standard eye exam, but doctor seemed rushed after waiting for over an hour. It took another hour for the exam to complete. Numbers disagree with previous exams, with pupil distance being way off from previous doctors and a friend's quick check. I've never felt an appointment was such a waste of time
I waited for almost 40min past my appointment time, and got taken in. Then I got checked very quickly by the assistant, the entire process didn’t even take 15min, I asked questions on my eyes and she just didn’t even bother explaining! 15 min later, she told me to wait in the room for the doctor to coming and give me the prescription, and it’s another 20 min wait. It’s such a waste of time in this place, I really don’t recommend going if you have any other choices!
