I lean on a mix of evidence-based approaches, mainly ERP, ACT, and CPT, depending on what's actually going on for you. I enjoy process-oriented work, but I also want to teach as much as I can along the way, so clients walk away understanding themselves and having real tools for managing their own mental health, not just relying on me to do it. My goal, honestly, is to get fired. I want you to wake up one day and realize you don't need me anymore. That's the dream.
