I got to the office, they told me to sign in and be seated, then about 15 minutes later they called me up and told me they didn't have my appointment because they were no longer booking online (even though their website had the link to the online booking site) and that they weren't accepting new patients with my insurance even though I got their name from the insurance company and it was showing accepting new patients with my plan. Complete waste of time both in filling out everything ahead of time online and in taking time off work to go to the non-existent appointment.

This is the first chiropractor I've been to whose staff always does a weight, height, and blood pressure before the exam. Dr. Owens always does a thorough examination before proceeding with treatment. She has the right tools including a wonderful relaxation table that provides heat and massage to loosen up my tight muscles before treatment. She always finds my trouble spots and knows how to deal with them. I recommend her highly.
