We are a direct primary care office offering comprehensive primary care solutions with better, direct access to your provider. All for one simple monthly fee. We also have a weight loss only membership available and accept sick visits on a self-pay basis. Direct Primary Care: Adult $75/month, Child $40/month, One-time per family $25 enrollment fee. Weight Loss: $40/month, plus medication cost (starts at $100 for semaglutide). Sick/Injury Visit: $100 plus tests/medications/procedures if needed Sport Physical: $40, with EKG $60 (EKG alone $30) DOT Physical: $100

Walking into the door there was a smile, David was able to get my daughter in right away and the bedside manners blew me away. She felt comfortable from the time she walked in which is a huge deal! The building is clean, and the staff they are great they are very personable here. It’s not a 30 minute drive for an appointment we don’t feel heard. I will recommend Pabst Personal care to everyone! Also, the wait was almost none which is great too! We will be back!
