I was a bit surprised that she took over ten minutes and listened. She was warm and had no authoritarian demeanor. I'd been thru another telemedicine site that required going into a patient portal, but not here.

Although I was notified of a second appointment when I called about the video appointment and it was canceled I had to call to find this out and I had a nervous anxiety feeling for a few hours afterwards because I really wanted to talk to the Doctor and I moved all plans for another date.i hope the Dr doesn’t cancel me at the last minute this time? ??
