PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FOR NEW PATIENTS: New Patient Fee: We require a $250 non-refundable new patient annual fee to join our practice. For all new patients with non-surgical concerns, the first visit will be scheduled with our Nurse Practitioner, Olga Hidchenko. This allows us to complete your initial evaluation and determine the best care plan before meeting with Dr. Kardos if needed. New Patient Paperwork: Our office will send you new patient forms through email. These must be completed and returned at least 72 hours before your appointment. If we do not receive the paperwork in time, your appointment may be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. Appointment Confirmation: Our office will call twice to confirm your appointment . If we are unable to reach you or do not receive confirmation, the appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-Show Fee: Missed appointments without proper notice will result in a $75 no-show fee. We look forward to welcoming you to our practice and providing you with excellent care. The front desk woman was listening to a patient voicemail on speaker where I heard a woman’s personal information including her name and why she needed an appointment. Second, this office wasn’t aware of my appointment even though ZocDoc said I was ready for my appointment. I would never ever book here again. Please be aware your phone calls may be heard by patients, very unprofessional.

I recently had a birth control consultation with Olga Hidchenko, NP, and I was incredibly relieved by how kind, empathetic, and understanding she was. After getting to know me and my medical history, she took the time to walk me through several options and informed me that she would prescribe Misoprostol for my IUD insertion while also using lidocaine to make the procedure more comfortable. She explained every step of the process and was genuinely receptive to all of my questions. It can be incredibly difficult to find such a compassionate provider for reproductive healthcare, so if you're looking for someone who truly listens and supports you, I can’t recommend Olga enough.

I never got to see the provider, but I had to answer something about the star rating to get past the first page so I can comment. I made my first appointment through Zocdoc with the provider and selected the reason for the appointment. I received email and my app was showing my appointment with a note that my provider will contact me on how we are going to video chat. No one reached out to me. When I called the office, I was told that i didn’t have an appointment. Upon inquiry, I was told that the appointment was cancelled. I asked how was I notified, I was told that they called me. When I said that i didn’t get any firm of communication from the office, I was told that it was cancelled thought the Zocdoc app. I suspect that no one looked at Zocdoc appointment. The person kept interrupting me and I was placed on two long holds. I was finally told that they are an OG/GYN office and they can’t help me as if it was my fault. No where was that mentioned. Finally I got a bit of empathy.

I had a good experience with Olga and was in and out quickly. She was quick, professional and friendly. Olga should list her appointments as gyno exam / annual pap instead of annual physical. It is confusing when booking appointments thru Zocdoc.

Went in hoping to get some insight into IUDs and options, mentioned I was squeamish and anxious around medical things. Instead was dismissed and uncomfortably probed, felt like I was being “dramatic” and didn’t get answers to my questions at all. Overall was totally shocked at how unpleasant the appt was. Dr felt cold/lacking empathy

I got what I needed from the appointment but I found Dr. Kardos to be a little abrasive and dismissive, and she seemed to really want to recommend a particular procedure to me (and had a promotional card handy). This in particular gave me pause because it seemed like maybe she was getting a kickback on the procedure in question and was therefore pushing it.

Solid appointment. She listened to my concerns and the appointment was quick. Only strange thing was while my legs were still up in stirrups after my Pap smear she gave my HPV shot and I was kind of shocked that I couldn’t close my legs first. Lol.

Dr. Kardos' staff was friendly and helpful- even getting me in 2 hours early for my appointment because I had misremembered my correct appointment time. Dr. Kardos is knowledgeable and helpful, and quite succinct. She gave me plenty of time to express my concerns and even went back into the room with me when I remembered another question I had for her.

I went to see Dr. Kardos due to an issue I've been having over the course of several years that I wasn't able to solve after seeing two other doctors. Dr. Kardos listened well and quickly identified the issue. It's a great relief to finally understand the problem and have a solution.

The doctor didn’t prescribe the medication to cvs. Went to cvs twice, The cvs folks said they haven’t received prescription. Please don’t do that to patients. My condition has worsened and I need to consult another doctor for the same thing.
