I showed up to my video visit no one was there I then got text to say my deductible was high I said that was fine I’ll use my HSA card then got another text asking what was HSA The fact that I was asked I answered and for the doctor nor know what HSA was made me hesitant like it was an issue so I replied I would find another doctor as it appeared to be an issue and I was on my lunch break and already 15 mins into my appointment
