Dr Lombardi was absolutely fantastic and the office was incredibly proactive. They had all my relevant testing and paperwork ready before I arrived (usually I have to find and bring all this) and the check in process was thorough. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Lombardi herself was a good listener, a clear communicator, and answered all my questions. She genuinely cared about my well being and worked toward solving my pain. The office provided me with excellent referrals for further testing and consults. I’m very happy with the experience I had and I’ll be returning for a follow up.

Great staff, Dr Deygoo was a pleasure to speak with. In our conversation together, he earned my trust with his advice and bedside manner. However, a couple of complaints. The onboarding process was less than ideal. Zocdoc took my insurance details, then the doctors office sent me a text to supply insurance details and then I got to the office and had to provide my insurance details yet again. What's worse is I was told by an agent from the office 2 days later that the doctor was out of network for me. This means I have to find a new doctor and I will be charged out of network fees for the visit I did have. Fortunately, coverage in my insurance is such that the out of network fees will also be covered, but this was quite disconcerting and inconvenient.

My experience was a pleasant one with the exception of locating the office. Had a difficult time finding the building and then the correct suite number. The Dr was informative and straightforward about what steps were needed to eliminate the pain.
