First time using Zocdoc to book an appointment and it worked very well. Confirmation texts from both Zocdoc and the office so I felt comfortable that the online booking was valid.

I have been coming to this office/doctor for years and have recommended them to many. I still do.
Although I do not like the new "zocdoc" system. I have been absolutely bombarded with emails and texts reminding me countless times regarding my appointment. I hope that someone reviews this system to find a less invasive way to use technology in the future. If not, I will refuse to use it completely

Dr. Vansadia is great! She is thorough and personable. Her manner puts one at ease in a very personal setting. She takes the time to understand my questions and explain answers. I usually allow time for the appointment to run late, and it’s fine because I know she has been giving others before me the same attention. I highly recommend Dr. Vansadia!

Dr Wolfe was my Dr years ago, but I moved out of state.
I was back in Michigan visiting family, so I checked on the internet to see if Dr Wolfe was still at the practice, I was able to book my appointment. Over the years I found other ob-gyns, but no one was like Dr.Wolfe. He's a great Dr. , very pleasant,and informative.

The wait times are long BUT Dr Condivoux in my opinion is worth the wait. She is so great at making me feel comfortable and heard. Her bedside manner is the best I have ever had which is important!! I will take the long waits!!

This is truly the best doctor you could ever hope to meet! Dr. Carole Condevaux has such a heart-melting kindness — she comforted me at a time when I needed it most and made me feel completely relieved. She encouraged me every step of the way, reminding me that I had done everything correctly and just needed to keep moving forward. At 37 years old, I can honestly say I have never met such a genuinely kind-hearted doctor. I promise, she is the best doctor I have ever seen in my life.

I really appreciated the way my doctor listened and discussed concerns that I have about future age related concerns. She very patiently discussed my concerns and symptoms I may begin having in perimenopause. She discussed what I can expect, when I need to seek medical intervention and quality of life concerns that may occur as time goes by. She very openly discussed possible treatments and options that I will have in the future. I have heard many women discuss their doctors being very dismissive about hormonal changes. That was not the case with this doctor. I greatly appreciated her kindness and how she didn’t rush my appointment. She took her time and answered everything I asked.

The Doctor herself was great, very communicative and listened well to my concerns. All of the staff in the office seem nice as well. My issue is with their billing. The billing is external. I would ask to ensure I didn’t owe beyond what I prepaid at checkout and was told my balance was completely settled for the appointment. Both appointments, a few weeks later I was hit with bills far above a couple dollars on my portal. Their billing department has broken options on the phone, and even when calling in normal business hours you will not hear back for days. I can’t seem to get a bill that broke down the expenses either.

Dr. Busuito, the nurses, and the office staff were all SO kind! My questions were all heard and answered thoughtfully, and I didn't feel rushed through any part of the process. I would recommend this office and Dr. Busuito highly based on my visit.
