Palm Beach Health Center is a multi-location integrated medical and chiropractic practice serving Royal Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, Florida. We built our practice around a simple idea: patients shouldn't have to bounce between five different providers to get comprehensive care. Chiropractic, regenerative medicine, and functional health services all live under one roof, coordinated by a single care team that understands your full health picture. Chiropractic care and pain management Our chiropractic team treats acute and chronic back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated and bulging discs, and sports-related injuries using a combination of hands-on adjustment and advanced technology. Spinal decompression therapy relieves pressure on compressed discs and nerves without surgery. Class IV laser therapy accelerates tissue healing and reduces inflammation at the cellular level. Shockwave therapy breaks up scar tissue and stimulates healing in chronic tendon and joint conditions. ARP wave therapy retrains the neuromuscular system to speed recovery from injury and improve athletic performance. Dry needling targets trigger points to release muscle tension that adjustment alone can't reach. Regenerative medicine For patients dealing with joint degeneration, chronic pain, or injuries that haven't responded to conservative treatment, our regenerative medicine program offers physician-supervised A2M (Alpha-2-Macroglobulin) injections, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and Wharton's Jelly allografts. These therapies work with the body's own healing mechanisms to address joint pain, osteoarthritis, and soft tissue injuries, often reducing or eliminating the need for surgery or long-term medication. Functional and hormone health Pain and mobility are only part of the picture. Our functional medicine team addresses the underlying metabolic and hormonal factors that affect energy, weight, and long-term health. Services include hormone optimization (TRT and HRT) for men and women experiencing fatigue, weight gain, or low libido tied to hormonal decline, peptide therapy for recovery and performance support, GLP-1 medically supervised weight loss programs, and sublingual immunotherapy for patients managing chronic allergies without daily medication. Who we treat Patients come to us for a wide range of reasons: recovering from a car accident or sports injury, managing chronic back or neck pain, dealing with age-related joint degeneration, looking to lose weight and optimize hormones, or simply wanting a proactive approach to long-term health instead of reactive sick care. Whether you're a weekend athlete, a working professional dealing with desk-related pain, or someone managing a chronic condition, our team builds a care plan specific to your goals. What to expect Every new patient starts with a thorough evaluation to understand the root cause of what's going on, not just the symptom. From there we build a personalized treatment plan, which may combine multiple services depending on your condition. Our goal is measurable progress, not indefinite treatment.
