Dr. Kim is very attentive and helpful, answered all my questions. Very happy I've chosen her as my new dentist.
Palo Alto Dental Studio is a small dental practice, but with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is friendly and professional. Even though I've arrived a bit early, I didn’t have to wait; they got me in the room almost right away.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, worth a 5-star rating in each category.

Dr. Kim is everything I was looking for in a dentist. She is knowledgeable, friendly, listens well, and explained everything to my satisfaction. The office is clean and friendly, and within walking distance of my home. Everything went as expected -- better actually, because the technology used for imaging and cleaning was less invasive and more comfortable than my previous experiences with other clinics.

I let them know from the beginning I had bad experiences in the past. Everyone was very understanding and patient throughout the entirety of my appointment. They explained everything to me in ways I understood and made me very comfortable throughout the whole process. Extremely grateful with how my appointment went and for everyone in their staff. I had a great experience with Dr. Shalini Kalia and her team in Palo Alto. As a new patient, they took X-rays to build my dental record and were extremely professional throughout the visit. Dr. Kalia and her assistants clearly explained the condition of my teeth, made thoughtful recommendations for future care, and took the time to answer my questions. The entire experience felt organized, transparent, and patient-focused. Highly recommend this practice.
