I wasn't okay with Dr. King calling my son a dummy. I didn't appreciate the lecture although he meant well. The staff were not friendly and had attitudes. The office was not clean. If the goal was for me not to return, they were successful.

Dr King was nice . Zocdoc is a nice app to have and find your doctors. But there was no integration between zocdoc and the doctors office. I had to call to rejig my appointment anyway and the doctor gave me a callback. Why do I need Zocdoc in this process?
